We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our high-performing team in Chicago.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cloud Support Engineer will work closely with the Cloud Operations Engineer and the Software Engineering team.  This person will access the product within our AWS infrastructure, identify and troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, and fully support our customers in their ExtendedCare cloud and application efforts.
